Return Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and seals are intact.

  • You include the original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty) 

2. Return Process

  1. Email us at hello@velounit.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

  3. Pack your item securely to prevent damage during transit.

  4. Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrect). 

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please contact us at hello@velounit.com within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
