SHIPPING POLICY

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 
• Shipping can take 1-4 business days in Lithuania.  
• European shipping can take 5-7 business days.
• Currently we do not ship to United Kingdom, Asia, North America, South America. 

Please note: During high-demand periods or holidays, processing may take a bit longer.

• We ship via DPD, Omniva, Local Post to ensure reliable delivery and tracking. 
• International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices

• If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at hello@velounit.com and we will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

• Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
